Ok so its only a quick post but my Kit arrived today for Marni Telfords Sweet sublime OTP Class with Wicked Princesses and my Entrantress Kit arrived too, I cant wait to get started on both the kits but need to Finish my xmas pressies off First.

And in other Exciting News I have had another project accepted for SC in issue 68 next year WOOHOO.

On the house front we are now in the process of looking at a block at Campwin Beach, and I have found my House Plan just waiting to get the inclusions list and price:)

Yep I know Been awhile

Ok so to cut a long story short, in the last couple of weeks I have been flat out going to see Builders about a new house and let me tell you with three kids its alot of work. I have been able to scrap but not as much as I normally do, but I do have some exciting news, I have a Project going in issue 66 of Scrapbook Creations, so keep your eyes peeled:)

I had Sandras Scrapbooking Premiere Retreat last wkend I only went for the Saturday and had a great time :) Just nice to have a break from the kids and unwind and I had a great time catching up with Marni, which was just fantastic we need to do it more often chickie. Its such a blast with you ! It was also great to catch up with some of the ladies from Moranbah and th regulars from Sarina.

Ok so I have one share and its from the Retreat and the other page I can not share as its going in the Magazine! I forgot to say a huge congrats to my Little Man Jack Pat he graduated from Kindy on Tuesday:) Hence the pic

No Shares just some updates

Ok so I have been flat for the last week and a half, visiting Display homes for Different builders and my poor mind is just spinning with plans and Dollar signs :( Its so scary doing this again but there is nothing on the market that suits us so we just have bite the bullet and build again. Enough about that!

My dad is in Hospital and let me tell you its so not nice when you get a call from your mum and she cant talk cause she is far to upset, kind of makes you realise how much ur family means to you I got so upset seeing my dad in a Hospital bed! All because he had stitches put in @ the hospital and they sent him home no drugs or antibotics! E was back there on the sunday as he could hardly move, they gave him stuff and told him to go home and rest, 5 hours later he was worse than expected and taken to hospital via the ambos.

So totally wow scary !!!!! But he is getting the best treatment now so I am hoping like crazy for a speedy recovery. I love my Dad so much and It truely broke my heart to see him hurting!

In other news I had a layout selected for publication with SC for a Quick Grabs so keep ur eyes peeled when issue 66 comes out (bout May 09)

New Shares

Well its been super HOT at the moment and im sick of being on the fone chasing people (long story) So I have been scrapping heaps of late :) and went to a local crop in Mackay friday nite just gone and I had a really good time, I managed to get 4 Layouts done, which for me is Fantastic and I am way happy with the results so i thought I might share.

Jack only has 3 weeks of Kindy left and 9 weeks until he starts PREP OMG cant believe that still trying to get my head around it at the moment, Taya has been very busy helping me clean the House and do the washing and little Kobie is trying sooooo very hard to crawl and she just thinks she is so clever !! Ok must go now put the roast in the oven for tea Im Having Hugh Jackman for tea not keen on old Tom anymore!!:)))

So a update

Ok so you have seen this weeks shares, so kobie was 6mths old on Friday and I just dont know where that has gone it still only feels like yesterday that all we wanted was to bring her home from Hospital and now its 6mths later!! Its been super HOT the last couple of days so the Ac has been getting hiding:) Need to be comfy I say! Jack is getting really excited about his Prep open day which is this thursday and Taya is well just being really girly @ the moment which is nice for change instead of playing with trucks and getting dirty, she has taken to her Dolls and playing Mummys and Babies with Jack, its so funny to sit and listen to what they say and what gets me is that they know sooo much!!!

On another note I have finally seen the LAST EVER SERIES of MCLEODS DAUGHTERS and I balled my head off, I loved the series and can not understand why the Nine network never continued to air it after the olympics finished, Shame on u Nine, I loved it just as much as the prior 7 Series. Just think its sad that if you want to see the last series you have to buy the DVDs or wait for the Local Video Shop to get in for Hire.

My Parents came down for tea last night and we went out to a local spot and after tea we announced that it was terrible and we are now going to have to Mackay for meal or Dinner out as everything in Sarina is Terrible.

Well hey everyone here is a secret I can now share I got the EYE SPY layout of the month for the November Issue of the Basic Grey Newsletter WOOHOO here is the layout that made the spotlight its the Precious Family one!!!!:) I think things are on the way up its been a very long 5 years, might need to have a celebration drink tonite I think! Went to local shop in town today and brought the new range by We are Memory keepers Christmas Range very yummy!!

I have also put the layout of taya in too as I love it heaps!!!

WOOOHOOO

Well I cant believe it but I got an email today that made my Day Scrapbooking Memories Magazine wanted one of my layouts WOOOHOOO now like the last one they wanted I will have to sit and wait for the commissioning letter (so lets hope its real soon) But they wanted one of MY layouts I am super excited about this and getting $20 for the publication is nothing compared to the pure joy I will have when I see it in a Magazine!! I will be buying like 6magazines for Family Silly I know but hey thats just me. I changed my music today for something different heaps of different stuff :)))) Bit of the old with the new !!!

So its been a huge week

Ok so a Big week or should I say a long week, WooHoo its the weekend, Kylie and I are taking the kids to the new Lagoon in the morning The kids are sooooo excited!!! So stay tuned for some water pictures, I have been really busy in the last two days making Cards for christmas with the new Wassail Card Kit from Basic Grey and also the BasicGrey Calendar had heaps of fun creating these if you want some for urself head to Scrapbooking Premiere and drop Sandra an email to get your hands on some will put some pics up over the weekend. New Kit!!!!

Well after a little wait my new DT kit arrived from BumbleBee Crafts yesterday and I just loved what I got to play with!!! I was so excited I sat down and done 4 layouts using the kit! But I cant share here so u will all just have to wait and see :))))) All I will tell you is its All Fall by Fancy Pants very yummy.

Scrapbooking Premiere is out in Moranbah today and im not but with DH at work I was unable to attend :( Hope you all have a great day!!!

Once my kiddies are in bed I am going to scrap I am feeling very creative of late, so while I am in this mood I am going to make the most of It.

Ok some stuff to share! So I am totally sad about the scrapbook magazines in Australia at the moment, Dont get me wrong I love them but I am cranky with the submission side of it, I have been told by so many that my work should be in magazines but everytime I send them in I get the dear miss letter back or nothing at all! I just wonder why its not getting picked mind you I have something coming up in a sc but thats a TopTen and im super excited about that and sm did ask for one of my los but dont know which issue it will be in !!! I just keep on sending them in the hope that one day my talent will be discovered and I might just get a look in with the magazines. Ok so enough about that here are my shares:)

Some SAD but HAPPY news

So here is layout I have just done of my DH so I thought I would share.

On a sad note one of my Fav Scrappers is stepping out of the Scrapbook Arena, Lusi Austin you will be missed by many and it will be hard not seeing your work in the magazines anymore, but with baby number 4 on the way and home schooling two of your children next year we all understand as the saying goes FAMILY ALWAYS COMES FIRST no matter what. And congrats to Ngarie Bartlam who is taking over Lusi' Top Ten in SC:)

I have some super exciting news but as Im unsure if I can spill the beans you will have to check back later to see if I could or not tell you all. When I find out for sure I will let you all know one way or the other.

Ok Im off now to spend sometime with the Family

Just too Cute

Ok so I just had to share this picture of the Kids I had taken it this arvo so my mum had a new fresh picture ofthe kids to take up to cairns on the weekend to show my nana how much they have grown. ANd oh my god Finally got my hands on the new BASIC GREY Urban Prairie range it is just so yummy that I have done a layout and in the process of another shares later, so other than that not much has been happening my DH has been working far too much but with a shut down on these things happen. Kids are great and im pretty good at the moment too.

Best go sort kids for baths etc and dinner its a real BUGGER that my Chef is working so much cause now I have to cook and organise everything has it been a month yet?????? NOPE not even close still got another 4wks to go.

So the Party was a Hit heaps of Fun, I had the photo duties for the nite and have 140 photos WOW and everyone went in Costume u had to go as something starting with S and everyone looked great, but im not sharing the photos I will just say everyone had a GReat time and the photos are unreal.

Well ok I have more super exciting news to share our really super close friends Mark and Hayley are expecting A baby. When they rang to share the great news I was jumping up and down like a silly fool I am just sooooooo excited for them, its the best news ever. The question remains will it be PINK OR BLUE either way I dont care I am just soo excited !!!!!!!!!

So I am still on cloud nine about it!!!

Quick 5 minutes to spare

Ok so I have a few minutes so I will make a quick post, I have done some layouts but am yet to take pictures but will share when I have taken pictures!!

Jack had a pirates day for fthers day @kindy today but is going to make some stuff for his dad and bring them home this arvo

Taya is at daycare and by all accounts should be having a great day like she does every week

Kobie is now sleeping in the portacot in my room which means my last baby is growing up she will be 4 mths old on Sunday, time goes so quick when life is so busy.

Ok have a crop on Sunday with scrapbooking premiere which will be lots of fun, come check it out for a crop, shop, gossip any of the above here are the details
