Packing

Ok so I have been flat for two days now packing up my home of 5 years, so it can all go into storage until our new house is Built!!
Jack started prep without a drama in the world, he has been soo tired and in bed at 7.30pm and falls to sleep straight away.
Taya and kobie have been busy helping me pack HAHA :) I suppose any help is better than none even if they are just making more mess for me !
Well I will put some pics up of jack once I am packed and moved to mum and dads place,

Its SOLD

Ok So I am still having computer problems but I am getting there, on the house front My home of 5 years is Sold OMG!!! Now I have to start packing everything for Storage until our new house is built (so excited about that) Jack got his School shoes today he thinks he is just the best now. Taya had daycare today and as always had a super day, while Kobie and I had to run around town to get quotes done:)) and jack spent the day with Pop Ham :)) We are going away with close friends this wkend for Australia Day I cant wait just so excited and when I get back all the hard stuff starts. Ok so Im off to bed now

UNDER CONTRACT

Well sorry its been sooooooooooo long but I have had major puter problems but I am now back on deck brand new laptop:))) and new internet service.

My house or should I say Dh and my house is under contract we have only had it on the market for 3weeks and I must say I am proud to say I did it myself no real estate agents Woohoo, So heres the scoop. Once I know the house is sold for sure I have to start packing :(( but it all has to go into storage as I am building a new HOUSE woohoo So excited. And while the new house is being built The family and I are moving to my Mum and Dads Place in town, cant believe im moving home again the kids are excited about living with Nanny and Pop Ham. Im just glad we have somewhere to go.

Once I know more about my new home I will share the details:))

On another note my little man Jack starts PREP in a week and a half, Im heart broken my first baby is now old enough to go to school, where has 5 whole years gone. He is so excited about going it will only be me that is left crying my head off after I drop him off, but they do have to grow up some time I guess !!!! Im still sad though:(((

Anyways I am just glad that I have internet access again, Have not had it for like 5 days and I was lost with out it

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Well hey everyone

Firstly a belated Merry Christmas to everyone(hope u all had a great day) and for today HAPPY NEW YEAR may 2009 be what you want it to be, I have my new years Resolution and its to lose weight and get back to my 58kg mark. So no more Junk all healthy and lots of exercise!! No shares as I have been to busy with Christmas and DH is on Holidays o I have not had much time to do anything.

I'm off to sort through my Baby clothes and what I don't need will be going to Vinnie's, I done my wardrobe yesterday and between DH and I, we got rid of 4 bags of unwanted clothes.

Ok so its only a quick post but my Kit arrived today for Marni Telfords Sweet sublime OTP Class with Wicked Princesses and my Entrantress Kit arrived too, I cant wait to get started on both the kits but need to Finish my xmas pressies off First.

And in other Exciting News I have had another project accepted for SC in issue 68 next year WOOHOO.

On the house front we are now in the process of looking at a block at Campwin Beach, and I have found my House Plan just waiting to get the inclusions list and price:)

Yep I know Been awhile

Ok so to cut a long story short, in the last couple of weeks I have been flat out going to see Builders about a new house and let me tell you with three kids its alot of work. I have been able to scrap but not as much as I normally do, but I do have some exciting news, I have a Project going in issue 66 of Scrapbook Creations, so keep your eyes peeled:)

I had Sandras Scrapbooking Premiere Retreat last wkend I only went for the Saturday and had a great time :) Just nice to have a break from the kids and unwind and I had a great time catching up with Marni, which was just fantastic we need to do it more often chickie. Its such a blast with you ! It was also great to catch up with some of the ladies from Moranbah and th regulars from Sarina.

Ok so I have one share and its from the Retreat and the other page I can not share as its going in the Magazine! I forgot to say a huge congrats to my Little Man Jack Pat he graduated from Kindy on Tuesday:) Hence the pic

No Shares just some updates

Ok so I have been flat for the last week and a half, visiting Display homes for Different builders and my poor mind is just spinning with plans and Dollar signs :( Its so scary doing this again but there is nothing on the market that suits us so we just have bite the bullet and build again. Enough about that!

My dad is in Hospital and let me tell you its so not nice when you get a call from your mum and she cant talk cause she is far to upset, kind of makes you realise how much ur family means to you I got so upset seeing my dad in a Hospital bed! All because he had stitches put in @ the hospital and they sent him home no drugs or antibotics! E was back there on the sunday as he could hardly move, they gave him stuff and told him to go home and rest, 5 hours later he was worse than expected and taken to hospital via the ambos.

So totally wow scary !!!!! But he is getting the best treatment now so I am hoping like crazy for a speedy recovery. I love my Dad so much and It truely broke my heart to see him hurting!

In other news I had a layout selected for publication with SC for a Quick Grabs so keep ur eyes peeled when issue 66 comes out (bout May 09)
